Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) Requirements
In order to earn the OSSD, a student must:
- Earn 30 credits (18 compulsory credits and 12 optional credits)
- Successfully complete the Ontario secondary school literacy requirement
- Earn 2 credits through Asynchronous Online Learning
- Complete 40 hours of community involvement activities
- 1 Credit in Technological studies for students entering Grade 9 in 2023-24
- 2 e-learning credits *
